Irresistible Wrapped Mutton Bangers

Dad joke alert:

What do you call a dinosaur wrapped in bacon? 

Jurrasic Pork.

Hilarious - that was a real banger!

Ok, ok...time to get serious. Seriously delicious!

What you need:

6 X Mutton bangers

1 X Chopped spring onion

100g Grated cheddar

6 X Mozzarella fingers

Squeezy garlic to taste

12 X Rashers streaky bacon

What to do:

Cut a slit in the top of your banger and open it a bit

(You are making little banger boats)

Put in as much squeezy garlic as you like. I like enough to ward off vampires a continent away

Insert your mozzarella fingers

Top with spring onion sprinkles

Top with a generous amount of grated cheddar

Bacon time!

Wrap those tubes of yum in bacon and pop on to the braai (BBQ)

Grill for 10-15 mins

Turn every few minutes so they are golden-brown all over

Eat and enjoy!
